POST SURGERY INSTRUCTIONS
- There can be a pain in rare cases after surgery and chances of hindrance in the breathing process for the first few days due to wicks.
- Oedema (swelling) and sometimes bruises appear.
- Take rest as much as possible the day following the procedure.
- Doctors remove the wicks within 1-5 days and splint between the 5th and 8th day after surgery.
The nose will appear huge due to oedema, swelling, and possible formation of scab causes respiratory discomfort.
