BREAST IMPLANT BENEFITS

Breast augmentation may increase fullness and projection of your breasts, improve the balance of breast and hip contours and enhance your self-image and self-confidence.

Types of implants

Saline

  • Silicone outer shell filled with a sterile saline solution
  • Best for patients looking for a pronounced breast profile
  • More cost-effective than silicone implants
  • It can be inserted through a variety of incision locations.

Silicone

  • Silicone outer shell filled with cohesive silicone gel.
  • Replicates the look and feel of natural breast tissue.
  • Less likely to ripple or rupture.

Gummy Bear

  • Silicone outer shell filled with highly cohesive silicone gel.
  • Replicates the look and feel of biological breast tissues.
  • Maintains its shape (form-stable).

Breast lift surgery, medically known as mastopexy, restores aging and pregnancy-altered breasts to a more youthful state. Genetics, aging, weight loss, and pregnancy can all lead to breast ptosis (sagging). During this procedure, your doctors lift and tighten the breast tissues to reshape the contour and projection of the breasts to increase a woman’s confidence and self-image.

POST-SURGERY INSTRUCTIONS

  • The elastic chest strap placed during your surgery is for protection; try to keep it intact. Remove the strap for the shower only.
  • Experiencing tingling or temporary electrical feelings in the breast and nipple area is normal
  • There may be some drainage on steri strip for 3-5 days that causes discomfort. This reaction is normal and will go on its own.
  • The breast will remain tight for 4-8 weeks and go normal with time depending on breast elasticity, muscle mass and activities of the individual.
  • Sutures are dissolvable. They are under your skin and released at the end of each incision. The doctor trims this incision to the skin line at your first post-op appointment
